I have been experiencing very sharp pains in my wrist for the past 2 weeks so I went ahead and ordered this mouse pad. I work In an office environment 40+ hours a week and I guess I didn't realize how bad my wrist posture has been all these times. After getting this mouse pad my pain In my wrist has gone away significantly and I've only used it for 1 day so far. I will update my review longer down the line but I can't see any complaints coming from this customer, thanks a ton!!I really like it as it gives a great comfort. I am working on PC for long hours and this will definitely alleviate my wrist pain.These are the only kind of mouse pads to have, ones that support your wrist. Not crazy about the bottom of the mouse pad as its shiny plastic, just not sure how that will last here in a warm climate, would have preferred a neoprene bottom, they last longerProduct had an initial strange smell which dissipated after an hour or two.It provides support for the wrist exactly where needed and allows for a full range of motion. The pad fits securely on my desk and does not slip or slide without leaving a residue or odor.This economic mouse pad has been perfect for reducing wrist pain from over use of a mouse (and correcting bad ergonomic mousing habits!). It also doesn’t look bad on my desk, and comfortable as hell while not taking up too much desk space.I’m going to order a second one for home now!I knew this mousepad would be a bit smaller, so the space is a little tight in terms of gaming, but other than that it's comfortable, easy to work with, and takes a lot of the weight off the wrist which is a lifesaver for a Desk Jockey like me. Thank you so much!The pad works fine with my optical mouse. The wrist rest feels like a gel that is firm and could work fine for someone who works with their arm resting on a flat desk. For my adjustable work station and chair, however, the wrist rest just isn’t tall enough to get my wrist and arm in a neutral position. The bottom of the pad can be stuck onto a desk if you need that. I didn’t want it permanently affixed to my desk; so, I simply left the plastic on the bottom and haven’t experienced too much slipping, but it is definitely not as secure. I would have preferred the bottom to simply be a rubber no-slip surface rather than something that sticks to the desk like adhesive tape.It has a rubber like backing which keeps it secure on the desk, the gel padding is very comfortable for long term use on the computer. I've only had it about 2 weeks now, I'll update if it falls apart.I was advised from GP that I need to use GEL mouse pad... so ordered this but it turns out to be..Memory form pad.oh well... just using it as I cannot be bother to re-send it and get refund and order something else.but I hope this review helps other people who WANTED TO BUY GEL MOUSE PAD.This is not gel mouse pad...A nice amount of give, the fabric is really smooth so it doesn't chafe, and the my wrist fits comfortably in the little nook in the middle. I just came off a really poor quality wrist-rest mousepad so this is heaven in comparison.Great help for my hand / wrist ... All goodtravailShape and size perfect for my switching between left and right hands. Gel very supportive.
